Fleischb\u00e4llchen werden mit Gew\u00fcrzen, Kr\u00e4utern, Paniermehl oder Reis, Eiern und Milch vermischt. \u00dcblicherweise besteht die Masse aus einer Mischung aus Rind- oder Kalbfleisch und Schweinehackfleisch und wird anschlie\u00dfend gekocht. Man kann sie im Ofen zubereiten oder in der Pfanne braten.
