Es ist die Fleischschicht, die die Rippen des Rindes bedeckt. Alternativ kann man auch Skirtsteak verwenden, das man f\u00fcr Fajitas verwendet. Flanksteak ist magerer und etwas zarter. Wenn Sie Skirtsteak verwenden, sollten Sie etwas Fett an der Au\u00dfenseite entfernen, um Stichflammen auf dem Grill zu vermeiden.
