Es gart nach dem Herausnehmen aus dem Ofen noch etwas nach, etwa 3\u20136 \u00b0C. Verwenden Sie ein Fleischthermometer, um sicherzustellen, dass das Schweinefleisch die erforderliche Kerntemperatur erreicht hat.
