Tambi\u00e9n recuerda que el picor es causado por el capsicum, y se concentra m\u00e1s en las semillas y las costillas dentro de los chiles.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez que cueles la salsa de costillas, regr\u00e9sala a tu sart\u00e9n, agrega el az\u00facar y regr\u00e9sala al fuego y d\u00e9jala hervir y reduce a fuego lento, luego t\u00e1pala y coc\u00ednala durante 30 minutos o hasta que se reduzca a un tercio.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez cocida la salsa para costillas, d\u00e9jela enfriar y col\u00f3quela en un recipiente adecuado y gu\u00e1rdela en el refrigerador. Una vez que las costillas se hayan cocinado durante 4 horas, \u00fantelas con la salsa y d\u00e9jelas cocinar una hora m\u00e1s.
