Cortarla por la mitad permite que la marinada se absorba y asegura que el pollo est\u00e9 completamente cocido. El centro se mantiene h\u00famedo y el exterior no se cocina demasiado.<\/p>\n<p>En un recipiente o bolsa de pl\u00e1stico, agrega 1 lata de Michelada y 1 cucharada de condimento mexicano. Si\u00e9ntete libre de tomar una o dos bebidas antes de agregar a la bolsa, \u00a1tienes que asegurarte de que la cerveza sea buena! A mi pap\u00e1 le encantaba la cerveza roja y me la pas\u00f3, as\u00ed que no es de extra\u00f1ar que me encantara la Michelada. Agrega las pechugas rebanadas a la marinada y refrigera durante la noche. 30 minutos antes de que est\u00e9s listo para asar, retira el pollo de la marinada. \u00a1Hora de encender la parrilla! Prefiero usar carb\u00f3n para asar fajitas. Si usas una parrilla de gas, aseg\u00farate de subirla lo m\u00e1s alto posible para que se sellen bien. Otra excelente manera de cocinar fajitas es con una fogata de le\u00f1a con una rejilla para parrilla. Corta finamente los pimientos morrones y las cebollas, col\u00f3calos en un taz\u00f3n grande junto con los tomates uva. M\u00e9zclalos con aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta. Prefiero usar pimientos morrones de colores en lugar de pimientos morrones verdes. Tienen un sabor m\u00e1s dulce y agregan m\u00e1s color al plato.<\/p>\n<p>Aseg\u00farate de que la parrilla est\u00e9 limpia y caliente. Coloca el pollo en la parrilla. Cuando est\u00e9 bien dorado, podr\u00e1s voltearlo sin que se pegue a la parrilla. \u00a1Es como si la parrilla te dijera que la carne se est\u00e1 cocinando bien!<\/p>\n<p>El tiempo de cocci\u00f3n de las verduras depende completamente de tus preferencias. A m\u00ed me gustan bien tostadas, pero con un toque crujiente. Dejar reposar la carne permite que los jugos se conserven al cortarla. Cocine las tortillas durante aproximadamente un minuto por cada lado. Quieren que queden bien tostadas por ambos lados.
