Dale la vuelta al pavo con cuidado y col\u00f3calo en una bandeja para hornear poco profunda con la pechuga hacia arriba. Vierte 1 taza de agua en el fondo de la bandeja para que el pavo se mantenga h\u00famedo y se dore.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>PASO 4:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Asa el pavo de 2 \u00bd a 3 horas. Despu\u00e9s de 30 minutos, retira el pavo del horno y \u00fantalo con la salsa restante. Luego, c\u00fabrelo con papel aluminio para evitar que se dore demasiado.
