I am trying to set up the app and have not received code via email. I am using [email protected]. Please help.

Just a quick note: the “60 seconds” refers to how long it takes to receive the code, but each code remains valid for 10 minutes. If you click “Send Code” multiple times within a short period, it may cause older and newer codes to mix up, making it harder to enter the correct one.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes the verification email may be incorrectly filtered. Please ensure it has not landed there.
Avoid Multiple Requests: If you clicked “Send Code” several times, previous and new codes may conflict. Please Wait about 1 minute, Request a single new code, Use only the latest code immediately.
Confirm Email Accuracy: Double-check that the email address you used in the app is typed correctly, with no extra spaces or typos.
Restart the App: Close the ChefsTemp app completely, reopen it, and then request the verification code again.
Try a Different Email: If the issue persists, you may attempt using an alternate email address to register.
If after following these steps you still do not receive the code, please provide us with the email address you are using so we can investigate further. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we assist you.
