Les boulettes de viande sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9es avec un m\u00e9lange d&#039;\u00e9pices, d&#039;herbes, de chapelure ou de riz, d&#039;\u0153ufs et de lait. On utilise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un m\u00e9lange de b\u0153uf ou de veau et de porc hach\u00e9, puis on les cuit avant de les consommer. On peut les cuire au four ou \u00e0 la po\u00eale.
