Cette m\u00e9thode consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9gler le thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de l&#039;eau bouillante, soit 100 \u00b0C (212 \u00b0F). Bien qu&#039;elle ne soit pas la plus s\u00fbre, elle fonctionne. Remplissez une casserole d&#039;eau, placez-la sur un br\u00fbleur et portez l&#039;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Plongez ensuite la sonde du thermom\u00e8tre dans l&#039;eau bouillante et r\u00e9glez la temp\u00e9rature. Cette m\u00e9thode de calibration n&#039;est pas la plus s\u00fbre car elle n\u00e9cessite de mettre les mains au-dessus de l&#039;eau bouillante pendant l&#039;op\u00e9ration.
