De nos jours, les cidres de qualit\u00e9 ne manquent pas sur le march\u00e9 ; privil\u00e9giez le cidre non filtr\u00e9 aux cidres industriels pour une saveur et une texture optimales.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9ussir un cidre chaud, il est important de ne pas le surchauffer, car une \u00e9bullition trop forte peut g\u00e2cher un bon cidre. Non seulement cela le rend trouble, mais cela peut aussi alt\u00e9rer les ar\u00f4mes subtils des \u00e9pices et lui donner un go\u00fbt d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able.
