Cette technique permet \u00e0 la marinade de bien p\u00e9n\u00e9trer et assure une cuisson uniforme \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Le poulet reste ainsi moelleux et l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur parfaitement cuit.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un r\u00e9cipient ou un sac plastique, versez une canette de Michelada et une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#039;assaisonnement mexicain. N&#039;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 prendre un verre ou deux avant d&#039;ajouter la marinade, il faut juste que la bi\u00e8re soit bonne ! Mon p\u00e8re adorait la Red Beer et me l&#039;a transmise, alors rien d&#039;\u00e9tonnant \u00e0 ce que j&#039;aime aussi la Michelada. Ajoutez les filets de poulet \u00e0 la marinade et laissez mariner au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur toute la nuit. 30 minutes avant de griller, retirez le poulet de la marinade. C&#039;est le moment d&#039;allumer le barbecue ! Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser du charbon de bois pour les fajitas. Si vous utilisez un barbecue \u00e0 gaz, assurez-vous de le r\u00e9gler \u00e0 pleine puissance pour bien saisir la viande. Une autre excellente fa\u00e7on de cuisiner des fajitas est d&#039;utiliser un brasero avec une grille. \u00c9mincez finement les poivrons et les oignons, placez-les dans un grand saladier avec les tomates cerises. M\u00e9langez-les avec de l&#039;huile d&#039;olive, du sel et du poivre. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re utiliser des poivrons color\u00e9s plut\u00f4t que des poivrons verts. Ils ont un go\u00fbt plus sucr\u00e9 et apportent plus de couleur au plat.<\/p>\n<p>Assurez-vous que votre gril est propre et chaud. Placez le poulet sur le gril. Lorsqu&#039;il est bien saisi, vous pouvez le retourner sans qu&#039;il colle \u00e0 la grille. C&#039;est comme si votre grille vous indiquait que la cuisson est r\u00e9ussie\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de cuisson des l\u00e9gumes est une question de go\u00fbt. Personnellement, je les aime bien grill\u00e9s, mais encore croquants. Elles doivent \u00eatre bien grill\u00e9es.
