La cuisson se poursuivra \u00e0 la sortie du four, avec un gain d&#039;environ 3 \u00b0C (5 \u00b0F) \u00e0 mesure que la viande se fige. La cuisson se poursuivra apr\u00e8s la sortie du four, la temp\u00e9rature interne augmentant d&#039;environ 5 \u00e0 10 degr\u00e9s. Utilisez un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 viande pour vous assurer que le porc est bien cuit \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature s\u00e9curitaire.
