Ils comportent de 2 \u00e0 4 br\u00fbleurs, dispos\u00e9s soit d&#039;avant en arri\u00e8re, soit en forme de long tube sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s et aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s. Leur fonctionnement est sensiblement le m\u00eame et ils ressemblent davantage aux br\u00fbleurs d&#039;un gril \u00e0 charbon.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de bien conna\u00eetre votre barbecue pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats optimaux avec votre barbecue \u00e0 gaz. Pour la cuisson de la viande, il est essentiel de pr\u00e9chauffer et d&#039;assaisonner les grilles. Une fois le barbecue chaud, d\u00e9posez la viande dessus. Quelques minutes suffisent pour obtenir de belles marques de grillade. Retournez ensuite la viande, puis \u00e9teignez certains br\u00fbleurs et allumez les autres \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n<p>La configuration des br\u00fbleurs d\u00e9termine lesquels \u00e9teindre ou r\u00e9duire. Sur un barbecue \u00e0 trois ou quatre br\u00fbleurs dispos\u00e9s de l&#039;avant vers l&#039;arri\u00e8re, il faut \u00e9teindre les br\u00fbleurs centraux et r\u00e9duire l&#039;intensit\u00e9 des deux br\u00fbleurs ext\u00e9rieurs afin que la viande conserve son humidit\u00e9 pendant la cuisson. Avec un barbecue \u00e0 br\u00fbleurs tubulaires, il faut \u00e9teindre le br\u00fbleur central et r\u00e9duire l&#039;intensit\u00e9 du br\u00fbleur ext\u00e9rieur.
