Placez la viande dans la zone de cuisson indirecte du gril, o\u00f9 elle ne sera pas en contact direct avec la chaleur.<\/p>\n<p>Retournez-la toutes les 7 \u00e0 8 minutes et continuez \u00e0 la brosser avec un peu d&#039;huile de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Utilisez un thermom\u00e8tre de cuisson et retirez la viande du feu d\u00e8s qu&#039;elle atteint 48 \u00b0C (120 \u00b0F). Placez-la ensuite \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et laissez cuire 5 minutes maximum.
