La plupart des gens proc\u00e8dent ainsi car la saumure pr\u00e9serve l&#039;humidit\u00e9 de la viande, ce qui permet de se rassurer en cas de surcuisson. De plus, elle permet d&#039;assaisonner uniform\u00e9ment la c\u00f4telette et d&#039;impr\u00e9gner la viande de saveurs.<\/p>\n<p>Il n&#039;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&#039;en faire trop pour la marinade de votre c\u00f4telette de porc. Contrairement \u00e0 la dinde, une c\u00f4telette ne se pr\u00e9pare pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, et 30 minutes suffisent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement. Vous pouvez laisser mariner votre porc pendant deux heures avant de le griller.
