Che tu sia uno chef professionista o un cuoco amatoriale, il tempo e la temperatura di cottura sono fondamentali per un piatto perfetto. La temperatura della carne determina la cottura e, a seconda del taglio di carne che stai cucinando, alcuni alimenti come la carne macinata e il pollame richiedono temperature di cottura pi\u00f9 elevate rispetto a bistecche, costolette o arrosti. Pertanto, la temperatura di cottura diventa fondamentale. Affinch\u00e9 qualsiasi termometro sia preciso, deve essere calibrato. Esistono due metodi: uno \u00e8 pericoloso e prevede l&#039;uso di acqua bollente, mentre l&#039;altro \u00e8 completamente sicuro e molto pi\u00f9 semplice da realizzare: il metodo dell&#039;acqua ghiacciata.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Calibrazione del termometro X10:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per prima cosa, prendi un misurino da due tazze e riempilo con ghiaccio e acqua. Mescola, quindi apri il termometro in modo che la sonda di temperatura sia aperta, il display LCD acceso e il coperchio posteriore rimosso. Immergi la sonda di temperatura nell&#039;acqua ghiacciata e attendi circa un minuto affinch\u00e9 raggiunga la temperatura pi\u00f9 bassa possibile.
