Tagliare il petto di pollo a met\u00e0 permette alla marinata di essere assorbita e assicura che il pollo sia cotto completamente. Il centro rimane umido e l&#039;esterno non \u00e8 troppo cotto.<\/p>\n<p>In un contenitore o in un sacchetto di plastica, aggiungi 1 lattina di Michelada e 1 cucchiaio di condimento messicano. Sentiti libero di bere un drink o due prima di aggiungere la birra al sacchetto, assicurati che sia buona! Mio padre adorava la birra rossa e me l&#039;ha passata, quindi non c&#039;\u00e8 da stupirsi che io abbia adorato la Michelada. Aggiungi i petti di pollo affettati alla marinata e mettili in frigorifero per tutta la notte. 30 minuti prima di grigliare, togli il pollo dalla marinata. \u00c8 ora di accendere la griglia! Preferisco usare la carbonella quando grigliamo le fajitas. Se usi una griglia a gas, assicurati di accenderla al massimo per ottenere una rosolatura perfetta. Un altro ottimo modo per cucinare le fajitas \u00e8 con un braciere a legna con una griglia. Affetta sottilmente i peperoni e le cipolle, mettili in una ciotola capiente insieme ai pomodorini. Condiscili con olio d&#039;oliva, sale e pepe. Preferisco usare peperoni colorati rispetto a quelli verdi. Hanno un sapore pi\u00f9 dolce e aggiungono pi\u00f9 colore al piatto.<\/p>\n<p>Assicuratevi che la griglia sia pulita e calda. Posizionate il pollo sulla griglia. Quando il pollo \u00e8 ben rosolato, \u00e8 possibile girarlo senza che si attacchi alla griglia. \u00c8 come se la griglia ti stesse dicendo che la carne sta cuocendo bene!<\/p>\n<p>La durata della cottura delle verdure \u00e8 una questione di gusti personali. Io le preferisco ben rosolate ma comunque croccanti. Dovrete ottenere una bella crosticina su entrambi i lati.
