Non c&#039;\u00e8 niente di meglio di una bistecca alla griglia condita semplicemente con sale e pepe. Pur essendo un purista, ogni tanto mi piace variare e aggiungere un po&#039; di variet\u00e0 alla mia carne. Questo involtino soddisfa il purista che \u00e8 in me, portando le mie papille gustative in un viaggio nel Mediterraneo. La fesa di manzo usata per la fajita pu\u00f2 essere usata anche per l&#039;involtino. Il Flank Steak \u00e8 un taglio pi\u00f9 magro e un po&#039; pi\u00f9 tenero. Se scegliete di usare la fesa di manzo, dovrete eliminare un po&#039; di grasso all&#039;esterno per evitare che si accenda sulla griglia.
