Cuocere per 45-60 minuti, a seconda delle dimensioni del filetto e della griglia, o finch\u00e9 un termometro per carne posizionato nella zona pi\u00f9 spessa non segna 54 \u00b0C (130 \u00b0F) per un colore rosato.<br \/>\n(Per il forno) Cuocere le bistecche per 6-7 minuti o finch\u00e9 il termometro da cucina non segna una temperatura di 60-63 gradi Celsius. Se si desidera una cottura media perfetta, dopo averle estratte dal forno, la temperatura salir\u00e0 di circa 3 gradi Celsius.
