is).<\/p>\n<p>Doe de varkenshaas in een afsluitbare plastic zak. Klop de varkenshaas plat met een vleeshamer of deegroller tot de dikkere en dunnere delen gelijkmatig zijn. Haal de varkenshaas uit de zak en leg hem op de voorbereide ovenschaal.<\/p>\n<p>Meng in een middelgrote kom de roomkaas, spinazie, knoflook, basilicum, peterselie, zout en zwarte peper. Roer alles goed door elkaar.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd de varkenshaas open en vul hem met het mengsel van roomkaas en gehakte spinazie. Vet een ovenschaal van 23 x 33 cm in met bakspray.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd de varkenshaas horizontaal doormidden, maar niet helemaal, zodat \u00e9\u00e9n kant eraan vast blijft zitten (zodat hij makkelijk te vullen is).<\/p>\n<p>Doe de varkenshaas in een afsluitbare plastic zak. Klop de varkenshaas plat met een vleeshamer of deegroller tot de dikkere en dunnere delen gelijkmatig zijn. Haal de varkenshaas uit de zak en leg hem op de voorbereide ovenschaal.<\/p>\n<p>Meng in een middelgrote kom de roomkaas, spinazie, knoflook, basilicum, peterselie, zout en zwarte peper. Roer alles goed door elkaar.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd de varkenshaas open en vul hem met het mengsel van roomkaas en gehakte spinazie. Als de varkenshaas moeilijk te hanteren is, kunt u hem met slagersgaren dichtbinden.<\/p>\n<p>Bak het vlees 27-30 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven, of tot de kerntemperatuur van het varkensvlees 60 graden Celsius bereikt. De kerntemperatuur zal na het uit de oven halen nog 5 tot 10 graden stijgen, dus het is belangrijk om het vlees niet te gaar te laten worden. Het is veilig om te eten zodra de kerntemperatuur 63 graden Celsius bereikt, dus controleer de temperatuur na een paar minuten afgedekt te hebben laten rusten. Garneer met verse basilicumblaadjes en breng op smaak met zout en peper. Optioneel kunt u het vlees voor het serveren ook besprenkelen met olijfolie.
