Je kunt de drie ingredi\u00ebnten in een klein kommetje mengen en ze vervolgens over de varkenshaas strooien.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STAP 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Snijd de appels en een ui in plakjes van ongeveer 6 mm dik. Verdeel ze over de bodem van een grote ovenschaal (ongeveer 23 x 33 cm) die groot genoeg is voor de varkenshaas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>STAP 3:<\/b><\/strong> Leg de varkenshaas bovenop de appels en uien. Voeg een paar plakjes appel bovenop het vlees toe.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>STAP 4:<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0Knijp het sap van twee sinaasappels rondom en bovenop het varkensvlees.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>STAP 5:<\/b><\/strong> Besprenkel het varkensvlees met honing en voeg er vervolgens verse rozemarijnblaadjes aan toe, fijngesneden (ongeveer een eetlepel) of schik takjes aan de zijkanten.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>STAP 6:<\/b><\/strong> Bak het vlees tot de kerntemperatuur 60 graden Celsius bereikt, ongeveer 55-60 minuten op 200 graden Celsius. Het gaart na het bakken nog ongeveer 3 graden verder. Gebruik een vleesthermometer om te controleren of het varkensvlees de juiste temperatuur heeft bereikt. Het is veilig om te eten wanneer de kerntemperatuur 63 graden Celsius bereikt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-10 Je kunt de drie ingredi\u00ebnten in een klein kommetje mengen en ze vervolgens over de varkenshaas strooien.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd de appels en een ui in plakjes van ongeveer 6 mm dik. Verdeel ze over de bodem van een grote ovenschaal (ongeveer 23 x 33 cm) die groot genoeg is voor de varkenshaas.<\/p>\n<p>Leg de varkenshaas met de vetkant naar boven in de ovenschaal, bovenop de appels en uien. Garneer het vlees met een paar appelschijfjes.<\/p>\n<p>Knijp het sap van 2 sinaasappels over het varkensvlees.<\/p>\n<p>Besprenkel het varkensvlees met honing en voeg er vervolgens verse, fijngesneden rozemarijnblaadjes aan toe (ongeveer een eetlepel), of schik takjes aan de zijkanten.<\/p>\n<p>Bak het vlees 55-60 minuten of tot de kerntemperatuur 60 graden Celsius bereikt. Het gaart nog verder nadat het uit de oven is gehaald, ongeveer 5 tot 10 graden hoger. Gebruik een vleesthermometer om te controleren of het varkensvlees de juiste temperatuur heeft bereikt. Het is veilig om te eten wanneer de kerntemperatuur minimaal 63 graden Celsius is.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Opmerkingen:<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het varkensvlees gaart nog iets verder nadat het uit de oven is gehaald, dus het is belangrijk om het niet te gaar te laten worden. Haal het uit de oven bij een kerntemperatuur van 60 graden Celsius, dek het af en controleer na een paar minuten met een vleesthermometer.
