Bak je het te kort, dan loop je misschien wel een voedselvergiftiging op. Bak je het te lang, dan wordt het een droge, taaie bende.<\/p>\n<p><em><i>Hoe dan ook, het was een zeer slechte ervaring!<\/i><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Om veilig en gezond te kunnen eten, moet je het vlees op de juiste temperatuur grillen. Houd er echter rekening mee dat de grilltemperatuur verschilt per soort vlees.
