We hebben beide glazen gevuld met gemalen ijs, omdat dit de voorkeur heeft doordat er minder ruimte tussen de ijskorrels is. Vul de glazen met water tot ongeveer 1,3 cm onder de bovenkant van het ijs. Eerst controleren we de temperatuur in het ijsbad dat niet geroerd is.
