Het kan echter niet in het vlees blijven zitten tijdens het koken, omdat het de hitte van de oven niet kan verdragen. Daarom wordt het pas aan het einde van het kookproces gebruikt.<\/p>\n<p>Een variant van de digitale\u00a0<em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chefstemp.com\/nl\/de-juiste-temperatuur-voor-een-barbecue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>BBQ-thermometer<\/u><\/a><\/strong><\/em> Dit is een model waarbij de sonde via een kabel (of snoer) met het scherm is verbonden, waardoor de temperatuur op het scherm kan worden afgelezen. Op het scherm kunt u het te bereiden vlees kiezen (rundvlees, varkensvlees, kalfsvlees, lamsvlees, enz.), de bereidingswijze en de gewenste eindtemperatuur. Het snoer kan in de oven worden geplaatst en wanneer de temperatuur is bereikt, begint de thermometer te piepen. Zo kunt u controleren of het koken goed verloopt door de oven te openen en de temperatuur op de draaiknop te bekijken. Het is geschikt voor braadstukken, maar niet voor dunne stukken vlees.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>De wijzerthermometers<\/b><\/strong> Ze zijn speciaal ontworpen voor steaks en dunne stukken vlees zoals koteletten.
