If your S1 does not display temperature data, we recommend that you confirm whether the S1 Main Unit is correctly installed on the Base and ensure that all contact points between the Main Unit and the Base are in normal contact. You can also reset S1 by press the RESET button next to the charging port to see if it can solve the problem. Please watch this video to reset:
