The Charger and Probe(s) are compatiable with ProTemp S1.
The probes can measures both the internal meat temperature and the ambient temperature close to the food (Please note that when the probe is connected to ProTemp S1, the probe's ambient temperature will be consistent with that of ProTemp S1 and its own ambient temperature will not be displayed)
