If your S1 does not display temperature data or display LLL, we recommend that you confirm whether the S1 Main Unit is correctly installed on the Base and ensure that all contact points between the Main Unit and the Base are in normal contact. You can watch our tutorial video to install it:
You can also reset S1 by pressing the RESET button next to the charging port to see if it can solve the problem. If the problem cannot be solved, please take a video of the installation progress and send it to [email protected], and we will check and provide you with a solution.
