1. Check App Control: Verify if the fan switch in the app was turned on. If the app switch is active, the physical fan button will be disabled. Quick Troubleshooting:

  • Disconnect all connections in the app.
  • Power on the fan again.
  • Test the fan using the physical button.

2. If the button still does not respond, confirm you are using the included power adapter and cable. For power banks, use Type-C to Type-C, and avoid fast-charging adapters or those exceeding 20W.

3. If the fan is only connected by the power cable, the physical button should function.

If it still fails, reconnect the S1 and the fan. Press and hold the fan button for 4 seconds to manually pair with S1. After pairing, control the fan exclusively through the app.
