A wireless probe can be paired with only one ChefsTemp device at a time. To move it from ProTemp S1 to ProTemp 2 Plus:
1. Open the ChefsTemp app and go to My Connections.
2. Find the probe paired with your S1 and delete that probe’s existing pairing. You do not need to delete the S1 itself.
3. Fully charge the probe, then remove it from the charging slot before pairing.
4. Go to My Connections → ProTemp 2 Plus → Add Probe. Alternatively, swipe to the ProTemp 2 Plus device page, tap the three-dot menu, and select Add Probe.
5. Pair one probe at a time.
When adding a probe, use the ProTemp 2 Plus device settings rather than the Add Probe option on the S1 page. Confirm that your probe model is compatible with the target device before transferring it.
