For another quick fix, could you please confirm if you are able to control the fan using the mobile app? If you can control it, please proceed with the firmware update again.

If the issue persists after this, you can try the following steps:
-Reset the S1 unit.
-Disconnect and reconnect the S1 unit.

Please note if your Breezo was purchased before April 8, it is a V1 model, which does not support firmware updates at this time. However, you can continue using your Breezo as normal.
