The probes can measure the meat internal temperature.

Important note: When the probe is connected to the ProTemp S1, the Ambient Temp displayed on the probe page in the App will reflect the ambient temperature measured by the ProTemp S1 Main Unit itself. The probe’s own local ambient temperature reading will not be displayed.

O-Ring Set: Upgrade your ProTemp Plus Probe with our 8-piece, 4-color replacement O-Ring Set. Designed for seamless compatibility with ProTemp Plus probes, these colorful O-Rings not only refresh your device but also help differentiate between various probe channels for organized cooking.

Probe Number Clips: You can install these metal pieces with numbers on the probe to easily distinguish the channel where the probe is located, numbered from 1 to 3. The diameter of Probe Number Clips is 6.2mm, it cannot be used for 2nd generation wireless probe.

These accessories are designed specifically for use with the ProTemp S1. Do not purchase these accessories unless you own a ProTemp S1.
