If your Breezo mounting accessories are missing, compare what you received with the listing for your exact package, and send photos of all included parts. If a mounting plate doesn't fit, include the grill brand, model, and size, plus measurements and photos of the vent and every plate you received. An XL Big Green Egg may require a different plate from one supplied for a smaller opening; support should confirm the correct part for the order.

Keep the item and its packaging until our support team confirms the next steps. We will review the information and help arrange the appropriate resolution.

A wireless probe can be paired with only one ChefsTemp device at a time. To move it from ProTemp S1 to ProTemp 2 Plus:
1. Open the ChefsTemp app and go to My Connections.
2. Find the probe paired with your S1 and delete that probe’s existing pairing. You do not need to delete the S1 itself.
3. Fully charge the probe, then remove it from the charging slot before pairing.
4. Go to My Connections → ProTemp 2 Plus → Add Probe. Alternatively, swipe to the ProTemp 2 Plus device page, tap the three-dot menu, and select Add Probe.
5. Pair one probe at a time.
When adding a probe, use the ProTemp 2 Plus device settings rather than the Add Probe option on the S1 page. Confirm that your probe model is compatible with the target device before transferring it.

Error logs help our technical team investigate connection and device issues. To send them:
1. Update the ChefsTemp app to the latest available version.
2. Open Help and support, usually shown as a question-mark icon.
3. Select Send error log.
4. Tap Share Diagnostics and send the logs to [email protected].
Include your device model, app and firmware versions, a brief description of the issue, and approximately when it occurred. Screenshots or a short video showing the problem can also help.
Menu names and locations may vary by app version. If you cannot find these options, contact Customer Support for assistance.

A wireless probe can continue transmitting a signal and consuming battery power even when you are not cooking. Turning off your ProTemp S1 does not turn off the probe.
For the probe models covered by this guidance, wireless transmission stops while the probe is charging in a compatible, powered ProTemp Plus/ProTemp 2 Plus Stand or ChefsTemp 4-in-1 Charger. Simply placing the probe in an unplugged charger does not put it into charging mode.
Check the probe’s battery level before your next cook. If it continues to lose charge unusually quickly after proper charging, contact ChefsTemp Customer Support.

ChefsTemp offers model-specific ProTemp S1 Bundles for Big Green Egg, Kamado Joe, Primo, Char-Griller AKORN, Vision, Old Country, Oklahoma Joe's, SnS Grills (Slow 'N Sear), Masterbuilt, Napoleon, Weber, Expert Grill, Hasty Bake, Pit Boss, Royal Gourmet, Workhorse Pits, and Yoder Smokers. Select your exact grill or smoker before ordering: S1 stem options, installation requirements, and Breezo fan compatibility vary by model. A monitoring bundle does not automatically include a fan or provide automatic airflow control. You can also use our ChefsTemp S1 Setup Finder to find the bundle that best suits your grill.

Yes. ChefsTemp offers a ProTemp S1 Bundle for the Weber Summit Kamado E6 charcoal grill. The listed bundle includes the Universal S1, a wireless meat probe, and a probe charger for pit and food-temperature monitoring. If you want to add Breezo airflow control, check the separate fan installation guidance and required accessories for the Summit Kamado E6 before ordering. Its charcoal-grill setup differs from Weber gas-grill bundles.

Yes. ChefsTemp offers dedicated ProTemp S1 Bundles for Weber Genesis, Spirit E-325, and Q 1200 gas grills. These bundles provide pit and food-temperature monitoring with S1 and a wireless meat probe. Choose the bundle for your exact grill because stem length and lid clearance differ between models. Breezo airflow control is not needed for these gas-grill setups; S1 does not replace the gas burners or their controls.

Yes. ChefsTemp offers a dedicated ProTemp S1 Bundle for Weber Smokey Mountain smokers, commonly called WSM. The bundle page lists the 14-inch, 18-inch, and 22-inch models. The configuration includes the Universal S1 and a Breezo V2 fan for pit-temperature monitoring and airflow control, with the probe configuration selected on the product page. Follow the WSM installation instructions; Weber Kettle drilling instructions should not be applied to the WSM setup.

Yes. ChefsTemp offers a ProTemp S1 Bundle for the Yoder Smokers Loaded Wichita offset smoker.
